Carers Trust is a major charity for, with and about carers. They work to improve support, services and recognition for anyone living with the challenges of caring, unpaid, for a family member or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health or addiction problems. Their vision is that unpaid carers count and can access the help they need to live their lives.
High Hopes Counselling is a counselling based in Barnsley currently offering counselling sessions to anyone who may need it.
Able brings together a range of different services to provide support for the elderly and people with disabilities to lead independent lives.
Rehab 4 Addiction works closely with rehabilitation centres and outpatient clinics throughout the United Kingdom and the admission team match a patients’ addiction with an appropriately placed rehabilitation centre.
NHS Continuing Healthcare (NHS CHC) is a package of care for adults aged 18 or over which is arranged and funded solely by the NHS.
